House of Karigars ships pan-India. We use a combination of our own delivery network and trusted third-party courier partners, depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Order confirmation

Once payment is received, your order is confirmed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. For made-to-order pieces, your production timeline begins from this date.

Dispatch timelines

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within the timeline communicated at the time of purchase — typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the piece. We will keep you informed if there is any change to your timeline.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on your location. Remote or hilly areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Large furniture delivery

For large furniture pieces, our team will coordinate a delivery date and time with you directly. In some cities, we offer doorstep delivery with ground-floor unloading. Please confirm your building access, elevator availability, and room dimensions before your delivery date to avoid complications.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please write to us and we will follow up on your behalf.

Tracking your order

Your tracking details will be shared by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within the expected dispatch window, write to us at hokstores@gmail.com.
