Products and pricing

All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement are the prices that apply to your order.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural variation inherent in handcrafted pieces. Each piece is unique — minor variations in grain, finish, or tone are a feature, not a flaw.

Made-to-order

For made-to-order items, production begins upon receipt of payment. Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. Please ensure you are certain of your selection — dimensions, finish, and material — before placing your order. Our team is available to assist you before you confirm.

Order cancellation

In-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Write to us immediately at hokstores@gmail.com if you need to cancel. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product names, collection names, photography, and copy— is the property of House of Karigars and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

House of Karigars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or your order with us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
